These candies were formed using our own handmade molds. Inspired from shapes in antique metal molds used at the turn of the century. These shapes offer subtle textures that are rarely seen today. When painted, layer by layer, they come alive.

Molding Chocolate can be used in so many different ways! It's uses are infinite. A finished work in molding chocolate can be eaten but can also be kept for years if kept cool and dry. It's sensitivity to warmth make it a great medium to to paint and embellish.
Molding Chocolate

We melt chocolate slowly and introduce just enough sugar syrup to make it transform into an amazing molding and sculpting medium.
When it is done it is extremely pliable and responds to the heat in the artist's hands. Molding chocolate can be used in large pieces. It keeps it's shape when cool and is heavy and resilient.
